Volunteers are the foundation for Nurturing Change, as they provide vital support that fuels our service to kids and families.
The mission of Nurturing Change is to empower caregivers with insight and proficiency in trauma-informed care, in order to provide emotional healing and behavioral transformation to kids. Our treasured volunteers play a vital role in our mission to children and families.
Nurturing Change is presently seeking volunteers and advisors with experience and expertise in the following areas (Please note that presently, all work is being performed remotely):
Additionally, we are seeking volunteers to serve on our Board of Directors. Board members serve as volunteers for a few months prior to serving on our board. Here are the responsibilities that Nurturing Change board members fulfill.
Prospective volunteers each undergo a short volunteer process, which starts by completing a volunteer application by pressing the purple button above. (When completing the application, please indicate your experience/expertise that is applicable to the volunteer role.)
Once your application has been completed, we will contact you to arrange for an interview so we can discuss which area(s) align with your interests and talents.
